Flying Club

The Candler Field Flying Club at Peach State Aerodrome exists to offer affordable flight instruction to Candler Field Museum members as well as their families and friends. Emphasis is placed upon young people and teaching the basics of flying to include both ground instruction and flight instruction.

Safety and quality of instruction paramount to the club, and instruction techniques reflect time-honored methods of flying, including proficiency in operating antique and tailwheel aircraft while meeting modern FAA flight requirements and standards.
